CrossFit

In its true definition, CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in its practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at its finest. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

Personal Training

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions. We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

Open Gym

Open Gym is just that…a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific. With a full membership, you have access to our 24/7 open gym.

Nutrition Coach

It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. We can get you started in the right direction with a personal nutrition coach to help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to become healthier.

Foundations

Starting off can be intimidating for many, so we’ve built a guided intro experience. Our Foundations Class will help you get started at your own pace with our certified coaches helping you along the way. Intro Class Features: Intro to Fitness Fundamentals Athletic Development Course.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids teaches foundational movement patterns, providing children with a portion of their prescribed amount of exercise for the week, improving muscular fitness, engineering endless opportunities for success, and discussing roles for food while keeping the class and its information fun and engaging. As an infinitely scalable program, CrossFit Kids can also bring the benefits of physical activity to disadvantaged populations.
