We currently run 38 classes per week with 5 CrossFit classes and 2 Challenger classes per day Monday through Friday. Saturday includes 2 CrossFit classes and 1 Challenger class:

Challenger (40 Minutes) Mon- Fri: 6:30AM, 5:00PM, Sat: 9:00AM

CrossFit (60 Minutes) Mon- Fri: 5:30AM, 8:00AM, 9:00AM, 4:00 PM, 5:45PM, Sat: 8:00AM, 10:00AM
