We currently run 25 classes per week with 5 CrossFit classes per day Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Tuesday and Thursday we offer 3 CrossFit classes plus 1 CrossFit Kids class.
Saturday includes 2 CrossFit classes:
All levels at 8AM and advanced at 9AM.
CrossFit (60 Minutes) Mon- Fri: 6:00AM, 8:00AM, 9:00AM, 4:00 PM, 5:15PM, Sat: 8:00AM, 9:00AM
CrossFit Kids (60 Minutes) Tuesday and Thursday at 2:30 PM.
