At Grass Valley CrossFit it is our mission to provide our best service possible during every class. Our physical training program is both broad and inclusive which allows us to facilitate beginners with no experience to advanced athletes with years of experience. It is very important to our team that each member have detailed, and specific guidance that is related to each individual’s fitness track with both nutrition and physical training. We are able to accomplish this mission by properly preparing and progressing every athlete that joins our program. Regardless of experience, all trials and drop ins must be screened and approved and all new members must complete our 4 week challenge/on boarding program.
